Installing K10 on Red Hat OpenShift

There are two methods to install K10 on Red Hat OpenShift.

• Helm based Installation
• Operator based Installation

While the two installation methods have similarities, the details will differ. Please make sure to choose the method that most closely follows the requirements of your organization.

Note

When deploying K10 on a Red Hat OpenShift managed Kubernetes cluster using Cilium as a Container Network Interface (CNI), it is important to consider the associated limitations, including potential compatibility issues or differences in configuration compared to the default CNIs. Refer to this page for instructions on addressing these issues and optimizing the deployment with Cilium.

Managed Red Hat OpenShift Offerings

The two installation methods mentioned above are also applicable when installing K10 on Managed Red Hat OpenShift offerings, including:

• Red Hat OpenShift on AWS (ROSA)

• Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO)

No additional or platform-specific configurations are required for installation.
