Global Location Profiles

With Multi-Cluster Manager, location profiles can be created at a global level in the primary cluster and then distributed to the clusters in the system.

Creation of location profiles is similar to location profiles in a single Veeam Kasten deployment. More information can be found in the Location Profiles section.

Once a global location profile is created, it is ready to be distributed to the clusters in the system.

Global location profiles are not validated or used until they are distributed to at least one cluster. :::

Similar to location profiles, infrastructure profiles can also be created at a global level and then distributed to the clusters in the system.

Global Policies

With Multi-Cluster Manager, policies can also be created at a global level in the primary cluster and then distributed to the clusters in the system.

Creation of policies is similar to policies in a single Veeam Kasten deployment. More information can be found in the Protecting Applications section.

Once a global policy is created, it is ready to be distributed to the clusters in the system.
